Corporate head - Energy Sector at SabiHR in Lekki, Lagos

About the Position 

We are looking for a visionary and agile Corporate head to offer strategic executive guidance and direction for our combined energy business. The MD will be in charge of pushing growth across oil, gas, and sustainable portfolios, making sure operations excellency, and strengthening our market role.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement the organization’s long-term strategic aspiration across oil, gas, and sustainable energy.
• Lead financial increase, profit margin, and business long-term viability.
• Guarantee adherence with local and international compliance-related frameworks.
• Build and build connections with participants, authorities, associates, and investors.
• Head corporate transformation programs, which includes skill building and creative invention adoption.
• Supervise results tracking and ensure alignment with corporate targets.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Management, or relevant field; Master of business administration or postgraduate degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of top-level executive executive guidance expertise in the energy sector (oil, gas, and/or renewables).
• Established history in Health, safety, and environment executive guidance and operations excellency in elevated-risk industries.
• Robust financial, strategic, and stakeholder engagement proficiency.
• Exhibited success in top cross-operational, diverse teams.
