Support Promotion Manager at Key Retail Group in Ojodu, Lagos

Position Overview

Be the main influence behind promotion at Key In-store Group. As our Support Promotion Manager. You'll be central to shaping and elevating our corporate identity on Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Meta Shops (Facebook & Instagram), fusing strategic aspiration with practical action to lead our growth.

Duties

• Formulate and execute multi-operational base promotion plans to build corporate identity presence and boost sales.
• Head the formation and implementation of agile digital marketing across community-related, paid, and owned channels.
• Organize closely with product, content, and innovative teams to supply unified promotion programs.
• Optimise SEO and oversee PPC marketing to grow visibility and lead certified traffic.
• Track and evaluate promotion indicators, marketing outcomes, and practices to guide decisions.
• Recognize and act on development potentials, aligning them with the organization’s business targets.
• Engage with and grow our online group, coordinating all key social platforms accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Promotion or any other relevant field.
• 3-5 years of expertise in digital promotion, ideally with e-commerce brands (Amazon FBA/TikTok/Meta Shops expertise is a significant plus).
• Deep knowledge of PPC marketing and paid social platforms promotion.
• Solid understanding of SEO industry standards and branded storytelling.
• Exhibited capability to oversee social platforms accounts and content calendars.
• Proficient in using ad channels (Amazon, Meta, TikTok) and data analysis resources (Google Data analysis, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Corporate identity Data analysis).
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies; capability to compose blogs, product copy, and compelling posts.
• Logical mentality and analytics-based strategic judgment competencies.
• Creativeness and plan in suggesting and executing promotion creative thoughts.
• Task juggling skill and oversee various projects in a dynamic environment.
