Position Overview

The Chef will be in charge of getting ready, cooking, and demonstrating dishes according to our recipes and guidelines. The position requires robust cooking competencies, creativeness, meticulousness, and the capability to operate productively in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Duties

• Organize and chef menu items in line with recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure food is delivered attractively and served at the accurate temperature.
• Preserve cleanliness and company in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standardized processes firmly.
• Help in menu organizing and support creative thoughts for new dishes.
• Track inventory levels and documentation shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Work jointly with other kitchen employees to guarantee smooth service.
• Organize schedule productively to meet project setup and service due dates.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least and SSCE certification with 0 - 2 years of work expertise.
