Duties

• Build and preserve robust, long-term connections with customers, serving as their main point of reach out.
• Comprehend customer needs, targets, and hurdles to offer initiative-driven initiatives and strategic guidance.
• Ensure regular dispatch of premium quality service to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Serve as a communication link between customers and internal teams to guarantee smooth information exchange and solution of concerns.
• Carry out routine inspection-ins, sessions, and response sessions with customers to track fulfillment and recognize avenues.
• Organize and supply documentation, demonstrations, and key indicators to customers.
• Work alongside sales, promotion, and processes teams to enhance customer experience and retention plans.
• Track customer accounts, agreements, and service usage to recognize revenue optimization or cross-closing sales avenues.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc with 2 - 4 years of work expertise.
