Regional Head, POS Processes at Moniepoint Incorporated in Lagos

About The Position

• As Regional Head, you will be accountable for managing all device fix processes and processes for an allocated fix center. You will make sure that all methods run productively and business guidelines are repeatedly met.
• This position includes coordinating daily processes, assisting cross-operational teams (which includes technicians, Quality assurance officers, and stock officers), and pushing effectiveness across all teams in the center.
• You will also lead performance indicators, head on-the-ground implementation, and report to higher support tier critical business risks as needed.
• Your executive guidance will be instrumental in preserving premium quality repairs and delivering throughput targets across device fix and deploying initiatives.

Duties Business Monitoring:

• Organize and track routine fix center initiatives across the allocated region.
• Verify that every fix, Quality assurance, and stock SOPs are firmly followed.
• Track technician and Quality assurance productivity and report to higher support tier violation.
• Guarantee promptness handoff and processing of terminals between processes (Technician → Quality assurance →Stock).
• Team lead & Results tracking
• Oversee regional employees which includes technicians, Quality assurance officers, and stock officers.
• Set clear requirements, KPIs, and targets for teams.
• Carry out consistent effectiveness check-ins and endorse corrective measures as required.
• Promote an environment that fosters responsibility, ongoing development, and specialist carry out.

Stock and Resource control:

• Ensure precise tracking of all terminals.
• Ensure adherence to proper physical and logical stock classification.
• Head on a weekly basis stock settlement endeavors and ensure recordkeeping is finalize.
• Ensure efficient instrument and spare part usage, tracking, and return.
• Logistics and Synchronization
• Organize on-time completion and pickup of terminals through logistics associates.
• Track terminal movements to and from the site, warehouse, and other centers.
• Report to higher support tier dispatch setbacks or stock differences within SLA limits.
• Status updates & Recordkeeping
• Send on a weekly basis business documentation which includes productivity, stock status, and problem data records.
• Preserve complete recordkeeping for audits and escalation tracking.
• Flag business risks or recurring concerns to central processes.
• Adherence and Facility Management
• Ensure clean, structured, and safe workspaces in the fix center.
• Head adherence audits and guarantee alignment to safety and managerial guidelines.
• Ensure terminals are properly categorized, labeled, and secured.

Credentials

• At least Higher national diploma/Bsc in Engineering, Process management, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of expertise in a technical, logistics, or processes managerial position.
• Expertise in POS fix processes is a robust advantage.
