Job Description
Work tasks
- To guarantee that the company is in adherence with the relevant legal provisions, regulations, and industry rules
- To offer counsel to organisation senior leaders and other departments on applicable lawful concerns to guarantee adherence with lawful and corporate targets
- To advise organisation senior leaders on agreements status, lawful risks, and terms of business financial record
- To interface with other departments and units to head agreement development and formation of new agreements with counterparties
- To bargain, prepare, evaluate and implement agreements, agreements, and other lawful instruments
- To manage all civil, business-related, compliance-related disputes, and oversee connections with external counsel for external contracting criminal and civil matters
- To recognize promise zones of adherence risk exposure and risk, and formulate/execute preventive or initiative-driven action strategies
- To offer counsel with regard to employee concerns and management of work relations from a lawful viewpoint
- To mentor organisation employees on adherence with relevant legal provisions, rules, and corporate rules
- To offer lawful analysis to brand communications and business financial record
- To analysis lawful concerns affecting the organization by recognizing relevant statutes, judicial decisions, and codes and formulate lawful initiatives to the concerns.
Certification and Expertise
LL.B (Hons) Academic qualification B.L (Certification of Call to Bar).
Added Advantage:
- Outstanding expertise and comprehension of corporate law and standardized processes
- Full understanding of the impacts of the external environment of a corporation
- Exhibited capability to produce lawful defensive or initiative-driven plans
- High academic qualification of specialist ethics and honesty and reliability
- Sound judgement and capability to evaluate conditions and information
- Outstanding verbal abilities.
