Position Overview

We’re seeking a innovative and technology-savvy Social platforms Handler to oversee our supermarket’s online voice. You’ll be in charge of producing compelling content, supporting special proposals, interacting with clients, and growing our online audience across all social platforms channels.

Primary duties

• Oversee and grow our social platforms accounts.
• Produce, timetable, and issue compelling content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
• Bring to attention campaigns, retail events, and product launches.
• Address client comments, messages, and assessments in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Work alongside store teams to capture content from day-to-day activities and marketing.
• Stay informed on social platforms practices applicable to the in-store/supermarket space.

Qualifications

• Expertise coordinating social platforms channels for a corporate identity or business.
• Robust drafting, photography, and content formation competencies.
• Expertise in social platforms resources (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Innovative mind with meticulousness and a sense of humor.
• Capability to operate independently and deliver on time.
• Enthusiasm for food, group, and in-store is a incentive!.
