Job Description

Safely lead the allocated vehicle to transport the Corporate head (or organisation employees) to and from destinations as necessary.
Preserve high guidelines of secrecy, discretion, and competence at all times.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, professional in appearance, and in good operating requirement.
Carry out standard procedure checks on the vehicle (oil, water, fuel, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and organize for servicing or repairs as required.
Follow all traffic legal provisions, rules, and organisation pushing rules.
Strategy routes and guarantee promptness arrival at destinations, contemplating traffic and road terms.
Help the MD with opening doors, carrying luggage, and other associated assist when necessary.
Preserve a routine log of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel, and expenditures.
Promptly documentation any accidents, concerns, or setbacks for executive review.
Carry out errands, supplies, or formal tasks as directed by the MD or management.

Valid driving permit with a clean pushing document.
At least 5years’ specialist pushing expertise (ideally for senior leaders or corporate entities).
Understanding with road networks, traffic rules, and alternate routes.
Effective communication competencies and polite, specialist demeanor.
Capability to protect privacy and show trustworthiness.
Adaptive schedule to operate beyond normal hours, which includes evenings, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
