Food Technologists at Helean Global Limited in Abule Oshun, Lagos

Key Position duties

• Product Development: Produce new food goods and recipes, enhance current ones for taste, texture, nutrition, and shelf life.
• QA & Regulate: Execute methods to guarantee food safety, meet diet-focused guidelines, and preserve regular product standard.
• Legal adherence: Make sure that all food goods meet government rules, NAFDAC, FDA and food safety guidelines.
• Generation & Process Management: Collaborate with generation teams to scale up lab-based goods for mass production operations, track manufacturing workflows, and diagnose issues concerns.
• Ingredient & Unedited Material Evaluation: Evaluate ingredients and unedited materials for their quality, diet-focused value, and possibility allergens.
• Wrapping & Preservation: Choose and formulate suitable wrapping and preservation methods for food goods.
• Analysis & Creative invention: Stay informed about market trends, new ingredients, emerging technical solutions, and long-term viability procedures to foster creativity.
• Recordkeeping: Organize technical documentation, product requirements, and process standard procedures
• Sensory & Buyer Running test:
• Carry out tests to evaluate product appeal and acceptability to customers.
• Should be capable to visit markets, meet customers/ clients for response and improvise goods quality rapidly.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 5-7 years work expertise.
