Job Description

Collect, label, and organize biological or chemical samples for running test.
Carry out laboratory tests and strategic trials precisely under standard operating standardized processes.
Document and evaluate outcomes, making sure precision and adherence with quality benchmarks.
Operate, calibrate, and preserve laboratory instruments and tools.
Organize reagents, initiatives, and other materials necessary for running test.
Preserve proper recordkeeping, documentation, and laboratory records.
Guarantee alignment to health, safety, and ecological rules inside the lab.
Help in analysis or diagnostic projects as necessary.
Assist top level scientists or medical employees in expert laboratory duty.

Bsc or certification in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or relevant field.
Applicable accreditation and specialist permit (if relevant, e.g., MLSCN for Nigeria).
1–3 years of expertise in a laboratory setting (intern may be assessed).
Solid understanding of laboratory methods, tools, and safety procedures.
Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and planning abilities.
Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
Effective communication and status updates competencies.
