Job Description

Track and ensure the vehicle timetable strategy is properly done and divided without delay.
Oversee the drivers and make sure they clean their vehicles and finalize the vehicle servicing & maintenance checklist on a routine basis.
Supervising organisation vehicles' servicing & maintenance, repairs and making sure all necessary papers are secured when due
Manage first-level talks with facility servicing & maintenance vendors and guarantee promptness payment.
Do regularly scheduled checks of the facility and fix tools, machines, generators, water taps, pumping machines, air conditioners, etc. as required.
Examine and preserve cleanliness throughout the facility by directing the routine initiatives of the janitors and making sure they carry out their duty.
Make sure that all facilities are well functioning, which includes workspace inventory, electricity, servicing & maintenance and fix, the internet, and other communications processes in the workspace.
Coordinating all managerial organisation documents and making sure all documents are properly filed.
Organize with the OHS organizer and explore all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, or Higher national diploma in any site
At least one (1) year of practical experience in the position
Applicant must be structured, thorough oriented and process driven
Clear articulation and people skills
Competence in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Robust issue resolution and bargaining ability
Expertise on work-related workplace safety and wellness is a plus.
