Job Description

Oversee and organize routine logistics, warehousing, and allocation initiatives.
Guarantee promptness and precise dispatch of engine oil goods to clients and distributors.
Supervise stock regulate, inventory settlement, and proper recordkeeping of all movements.
Formulate and execute productive route organizing and dispatch plans.
Track and preserve proper managing and storage of lubricants to avoid loss or pollution.
Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams to settle dispatch or business concerns.
Guarantee adherence with safety guidelines, organisation rules, and compliance obligations.
Organize and send consistent documentation on logistics effectiveness, stock, and process effectiveness.
Educate and oversee logistics/warehouse employees to guarantee compliance to standardized processes.
Assist management in optimizing expenses and optimizing entire stock chain methods.

Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Logistics, Stock Chain Management, or relevant field.
At least 3–5 years of expertise in logistics, warehousing, or processes (ideally in the petroleum sector or FMCG sector).
Solid understanding of stock management and allocation methods.
Competence in MS Workspace; expertise in Enterprise platform planning/inventory management software is a plus.
Outstanding corporate, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
Capability to head a team and perform in high-stress situations.
Honesty and reliability, meticulousness, and robust dedication to effectiveness.
