Position Overview
LOs oversee the company's assets, which includes storing, repairing, and retrieving or issuing devices to employees members. LOs also deliver supplies and site inventory to clinics.
QA:
- Grow consciousness of SERICC and advance the NI / ABAE Plan in SERICC
- Confirm the quality of procured site inventory upon receipt and return any items in poor requirement to vendors.
- Carry out consistent spot checks to verify that distributed site inventory reach their intended final users.
- Make sure that any employee who breaks down to verify distributions within one week through the allocation app is informed, and the items are automatically validated to preserve responsibility.
- ORS sachets – Logistic officers should ensure to keep the items listed terms:
- Confirm Expiry Dates At The Point of Procurement: Before receiving ORS packets, make sure that they possess an adequate shelf life. Any item with a shelf life below one year should be rejected.
- Finalize Quality Evaluation checks of ORS within 48 hours of procurement.
- Track Expiry Dates: Track expiry dates systematically and prioritize the use of goods with earlier expiry dates.
- Execute First-In First-Out: Arrange the storage of ORS so that the earliest received inventory is used first. This aids prevent expired goods and make sure that inventory is accordingly rotated.
- Preserve Proper Storage: Store ORS in a cool, dry place as specified by the manufacturer.
- Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, affecting the product’s quality.
Asset Storage:
- LOs must possess a secure site to store ORS and other consignments, which should be randomly reachable to Auditing.
- The company should be capable to entry the handle of the secure site at any provided time.
- Storage spaces selected by LOs must not possess a record of crime, which includes burglary, robbery, home invasion, and theft. The space must also be safe from other matters like flooding, roof leakages, sanitary and fire.
- The guard team must evaluate and clear the storage space. If the site modifications, LOs must inform the guard team in improve so they can evaluate the relocated site.
Competencies and Skills:
- Nigerian nationals already based in the states are targeted for this role.
- Fluency in local languages/dialects, especially Hausa
- Must be a Nigerian national based in all 11 states where we operate.
- Outstanding corporate and time-leadership abilities.
- Meticulousness and capability to operate under pressure.
- Comprehension of applicable rules and standardized processes.
- Expertise in collecting and circulating items
- Careful attention to figures and document keeping

- Clear articulation and skilled in writing, English, Hausa, and the predominant local dialects of the position zone (verbal and documented)

Language Requirement:
Competence in the English Language (conversation, reading, and drafting) is essential Expertise in the Hausa Language (conversation and reading) is a plus.
