About the Position

You should be cozy trading with a range of moving parts, pay exquisite meticulousness, and take delight in learning about the payments landscape, new operational structures, methods, and technical solutions, especially as it concerns buyer-facing goods. As a Feature lead on our buyer cross-functional team, you’ll be in charge of pushing feature advancement that empowers individuals and aids merchants begin and scale their businesses. You’ll be the voice of the client and will assist build and preserve delightfully successful goods that solve our users’ pain points. We trust that more creative thoughts mean more great creative thoughts, and as a Feature lead at Paystack, you’ll preferably be paired with Product UI/UX professionals, Engineers, and other PMs who possess a track document of successfully building large-scale goods that add value to large-scale user base around the world. Duties We’ll trust you to:

• Draw out response from users on their expertise with our current goods
• Align teams on a mutual direction and steer the organization towards carrying out that aspiration
• Lead the strategic judgment process across every facet of product development (plan, design, tech, initiate)
• Establish, track, and evaluate indicators to mentor product enhancements
• Produce and own the roadmap; prioritise programs according to aggregate needs, with defensible reasoning that aligns participants and energizes design and technical groups
• Track and convey status reports on product key focuses to within and outside the organization participants
• Record creative thoughts and strategies; be the face of the product operating directly with associates and users
• Collaborate with external associates to supply initiatives that solve challenges for users
• Lead advancement across product programs by removing blockers from the team and going the extra mile to guarantee targets are fulfilled
• Stand for Paystack in high-value talks and at industry events
• Make several decisions routine on the best path to success for product targets
