Ensure system setups are finished according to organisation guidelines, rules, and compliance obligations. - Execute consistent audits and inspection procedures on installed solutions to recognize any deficiencies and execute corrective actions. Stay informed with market trends, emerging technical solutions, and industry standards connected with ISP system setups to improve service dispatch and client fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent; technical qualifications or academic qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in network system setups, ideally inside an ISP or telecommunications environment.
• Solid understanding of relationship building notions, procedures, and tools, which includes routers, switches, modems, and cabling. - Competence in diagnosing issues network network access concerns and addressing technical challenges.
• Understanding with various operating operational structures (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network diagnostic resources.
• Clear articulation and client support competencies to interact productively with clients and internal teams.
• Capability to operate independently, assign priorities to tasks, and deliver on time in a site environment.
• Valid driver's permit and readiness to commute to client sites as necessary.
• Physical capability to carry and lift relationship building tools during system setups.
