Job Description

Operating and Preserving the ICT structure (Servers, Storages, Appliances) under the oversight of the Chief of Department.
Preserving the design, drawings and recordkeeping of the Network and Operational structures.
Arranging and preserving DNS Appliances or Servers.
Arranging and preserving tracking software: SolarWinds, PRTG, Cacti.
Arranging and preserving Mail Servers and other application servers (Windows and Linux)
Capability to design disaster recovery standardized process for the backbone, servers, applications, solutions • In charge of the Effectiveness and Supervising of the ICT Structure.
Preserving the ISP’s servers and customer’s collocating servers.
Assisting the OSS (Servers and Routers) of the Invoicing System.
Preserving the organization’s Technology infrastructure. • Offer network and IT initiatives for corporate customer and assist them.
Offering necessary remote or in-field assist to our corporate customers.
Status updates: o Record all processed duty o Execute status updates as per standardized processes o Status updates based on KPIs o Analyzing the service, QOS, Tools.

In charge of all allocated tools to his team
Should preserve a high level of personal duty in order to be an example to his teammates
Abide and submit application the compliance standards of the department and the organization as a whole
In charge of delivering any task provided by his Manager
Keeping current with unit-specific and organisation alert through Emails, Notice board and other mediums
Keeps himself current with the technical solutions used by the organization
Round-the-clock capability and preparedness for any kind of immediate intervention due to any faced issue.
Have client centric mindset and the will to visit them when the need arises.

Firewalls setup and servicing & maintenance.
Demonstrated expertise in Linux and Windows Operating Operational structures.
Practical experience in Servers (Dell or HPE) and storages.
Expertise in Virtualization (VMware) 5. Expertise in backup initiatives which includes Commvault.
Capability to design topology and offer consultancy for corporate clients.
Invoicing System Setup, architecture and servicing & maintenance expertise will be an added advantage
Assist applications in both Windows and Linux Environment.

Interpersonal connection. Preserve a effective communication and engagement with clients and teammates.

Communications competencies, both verbal and documented.
