Participant Engagement Officers at New Incentives in Kebbi

Position Overview

The Participant Engagement Officer is in charge of assisting the commencement and synchronization of strategic connections and strategic collaborations with networks/settlements, health experts, local government, volunteer work entities and other applicable participants to enhance the programme. The position will also entail promoting and supporting the consciousness of the company.

SERICC (20%):

• Grow consciousness of SERICC and advance NI / ABAE Plan in SERICC
• Advance the targets and targets of ABAE during sessions
• Engage associates and build networks.

CCT (20%):

Enhance of positive perception of CCT in order to enhance entry Produce consciousness and coverage of the CCT.

Networks (20%):

Sustain trusted partnerships with employees at the Ministry and Primary Health Care Dev Agency in the State Foster connections to coordinate collaborations with participants, even up to the Governor’s workspace.

Guard Consciousness (5%):

• Documentation all guard incidents in zones of processes, which includes incidents that do not directly affect employees and/or processes
• Assume accountability for personal safety and the safety of team members as relevant on the site
• Read and comprehend all Guard documents on the circumstance of processes which includes SOPs and Country Guard Strategy.

Competencies and Skills:

• Nigerian nationals already based in the states targeted for this role.
• At least Bsc, ideally in the site of health or other natural sciences
• Expertise with the Nigerian health system and clinic recordkeeping, especially connected with infant health and vaccinations
• Enthusiasm to assist others and reduce infant mortality
• Very effective communication and skilled in writing, English, Hausa, and dialects (verbal and documented)
• Outstanding responsiveness to email and phone requests
• Competence in Microsoft Word/Excel, internet browsers, smartphones and new communications tech in general
• Inspiration to operate in a young company that is constantly evolving based on participant response and operates with a lean framework.

Language Requirement:

Competence in English Language (conversation, reading, and drafting) is essential Expertise in Hausa Language (conversation and reading) is a plus.
