Regional Head, Logistics Processes at Moniepoint Incorporated in Lagos

About the position

Head and scale upstream and mid-mile logistics processes across regions to guarantee cost-efficient, SLA-bound, and technology-enabled product movement from warehouses to hubs. Formulate and oversee a 3PL ecosystem while pushing business creative invention and financial effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Head logistics processes from warehouse to regional hubs.
• Build and oversee a multi-tiered 3PL network across vehicle categories (1T–30T).
• Ensure 3PL binding honesty and reliability, risk coverage (GIT coverage, theft), and scenario organizing.
• Oversee route optimization, zero-based financial planning, and right vehicle-cost distribution models.
• Track 3PL ROI and ensure driver relation, technology adherence, and work collaboratively retention.
• Projection vehicle qualifications; ensure accessibility and development adherence.
• Own SLA compliance and logistics KPIs across all zones.
• Organize inventory settlement and escalation risk reduction.
• Work alongside warehouse, procurement, and finance teams for comprehensive alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in logistics/stock chain positions, ideally in B2B e-commerce, FMCG, or mobility startups.
• Expertise with TMS/OMS/route organizing software.
• Robust financial strategic insight in logistics cost modeling and optimization.
• Expertise building a regional 3PL ecosystem.
• Effective guidance and stakeholder engagement competencies.
