Job Description

We are seeking to hire Promotion Assistants to assist the Promotion Manager in all promotion initiatives.
These assistants will work directly under the oversight of the Promotion Manager.
As a Promotion Support, you will help in the organizing, implementation, and assessment of promotional initiatives, campaigns, and in-store activations.
This position requires someone who is initiative-driven, structured, and keen to grow about the efficient-moving buyer goods (FMCG) industry, especially in the hygiene product care space.

Help in managing the organization’s social platforms channels.
Grow social platforms followers on a weekly basis and meet accepted follower growth targets.
Engage with clients online and offline, organize with retailers, vendors, and site teams to guarantee efficient implementation of promotion initiatives.
Work alongside the business development team to align advertising endeavors with sales targets.
Join in market surveys and initiatives with the Promotion Manager.
Check in on promotion duty allocated to them.
Collaborate with the promotion team and support to brainstorming and marketing creative thoughts.
Send documentation to the Promotion Manager on a weekly basis as necessary.
Track rival activity and collect input from site and business associates (Key distributors, wholesalers and retailers).

Higher national diploma or Bachelor's degree in Promotion or relevant field
Must possess up to 1 Year operating expertise in same position.
Must possess performed in the FMCG Industry Ideally Diaper & Sanitary Pad companies
Clear articulation and critical thinking
Skilled with Ms office tools or associated software.
Must reside within Ibeju-Lekki and it surrounding area
The preferred candidate will be between the ages of 20 and 25 years of age.
Capability to manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube etc.
Use of Canva (compulsory), Photoshop (added advantage) and Graphic art
Video Formation & Editing with the use of phone for social platforms
Capability to compose short articles for the organization website, social platforms captions, and basic promotion texts.
