Job Description

Creates the entire network optimization strategize assessments the network optimization advancement and quality, and appraises the network optimization effectiveness.
Validates the network optimization SOW and duty matrix.
Validates network optimization acceptance KPIs, and observes acceptance KPIs.
Distributes and arranges within and outside the organization labor, software, and hardware assets for network optimization.
Arranges with associated departments of ZTE in IT assistance, engineering support solutions, and promotion for network optimization.
Accepts, tracks, and manages the managing of network optimization challenges, feeds back managing suggestions, arranges associated technical staff to evaluate and condense network optimization challenges, creates in-field initiatives, and executes them.
Assessments network optimization documentation, and communicates with clients.
Strategies and executes network optimization ability move.

A minimum of 3 years of optimization work expertise
Knowledgeable about mainstream network tools (Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Ericsson) and competent of self-sufficient network optimization and parameter modification.
Deep knowledge of wireless network procedures (4G/5G signaling) and KPI evaluation methods (e.g., RRC linkage success rate, call drop rate, data throughput, load balancing, cell reselection ratio).
Skilled in network coverage optimization, diagnosing issues, and effectiveness tuning.
Proficient in using workspace software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); expertise in big business intelligence will be an added advantage.
Clear expression, collaboration, and synchronization abilities.High sense of duty, learning quickness, and ability to operate under pressure.
The English language can be used for operating language.
