Job Description

TMAsourcing Initiatives is recruiting a Sales Delegate for a beauty in-store store in Akala, Ibadan.
We are seeking someone who is client attentive, passionate about beauty goods, and assured in interacting with walkin clients.
The preferred candidate should also be capable to assist basic promotion duty like producing simple video content and supporting the store online when needed.
This is a great avenue for someone who enjoys sales and wants to gain expertise in the beauty industry while supporting to an expanding corporate identity.

Greet and participate to clients in the store, helping them with product choices and responding questions
Offer good client support and check in on customer questions as required
Advance goods and proposals to walk in customers to grow in store sales
Occasionally produce simple video content for social platforms (e.g, demonstrating new arrivals or popular items)
Assist basic promotion and visibility endeavors (e.g, exchanging posts, sending product info to prospective clients)
Ensure the store is neat, fully stocked, and professionally delivered at all times
Operate the POS system for invoicing and problem receipts
Manage client service issues politely and competently

Entry to Intermediate: 1–2 years of expertise in in-store sales or client support
Friendly, assured, and capable to speak transparently with clients
Professional in appearance and well-groomed in line with a beauty corporate identity image
Cozy using social platforms or phone camera to produce basic product content
Truthful, dependable, and capable to operate with minimal oversight
Eager to develop and support to a positive collaborative environment.
