Graduate – Data analysis / Digital Transformation at Ascentech Services Limited in Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for very driven and driven Graduate Trainees to join our Data analysis and Digital Transformation teams.

Engage in organized capacity-building plans covering business intelligence, online platforms, and business transformation frameworks.
Help in collecting, evaluating, and interpreting large data collections to produce practical findings.
Assist the development and execution of digital transformation programs across business processes.
Work alongside cross-operational teams to streamline methods using digital initiatives and data analysis.
Support to the design and deploying of dashboards, documentation, and visualization resources.
Perform study on emerging practices in data analysis, AI, automatic control, and digital transformation.
Take part in rotational tasks across different business units to gain broad exposure.

Bsc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Management, or associated fields.
Proven 2 years in Data evaluation, Data Transformation
Robust logical, issue resolution, and critical thinking competencies.
Basic expertise in business intelligence resources (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Understanding with digital transformation notions which includes automatic control, AI, cloud initiatives, and process reengineering is preferred.
Clear articulation, visual communication, and collaborative ability.
Eagerness to grow, flexibility, and readiness to operate in a fast-paced environment.
