Job Description

We are looking for a agile Facility systems engineer to join our team in Nigeria.
In this position, you will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring the servicing & maintenance, processes, and enhancements of our facilities.
You will collaborate with business teams to guarantee that facilities are safe, productive, and in sync with organisation guidelines.
Primary duties comprise of carrying out consistent inspections, managing servicing & maintenance plans, and executing facility-associated projects that assist entire business targets.
Your proficiency will make sure that all operational structures are functioning optimally and that safety rules are was aligned with.
The preferred candidate will possess robust analytical abilities and the capability to operate jointly with various teams to improve functional performance.

Education: Bsc in Engineering, Facility Management, or a relevant field.
Expertise: At least 5 years of expertise in facilities management, engineering, or a relevant position.
Specialized abilities: Deep knowledge of operations and facilities, servicing & maintenance management, and building operational structures (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing).
Project coordination: Verified ability to lead projects from start to finalization, making sure they meet scope, financial plan, and timeline.
Compliance-related Expertise: Understanding with local and international safety rules and adherence qualifications.
Analytical abilities: Outstanding logical and diagnosing issues competencies.
Verbal abilities: Robust verbal and professional writing competencies, with the capability to participate and shape participants.
Team Partnership: Capability to operate jointly with a multifaceted team of experts.
Qualifications: Applicable qualifications in facilities management or engineering (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a plus.
