What we are seeking

The position of the Supervising, Evidence, Responsibility and Learning (Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning) Manager is to head the organizational approach and QA of Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across the full scope of NRC purpose in Nigeria. As the Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning Manager, you will design and execute the plan, Standard Operating Standardized processes (SOPs), and financial plan for the operation, which goals to guarantee the Country Workspace (CO) is meeting and exceeding Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning at least guidelines. In partnership with the program executive guidance, you will also head CO learning schedule and assessment organizing necessary to feed into programme and strategic strategic judgment at key learning moments. As a operational manager in this position, you will be part of a technical matrix framework, and you will work jointly with both the technical and the business management systems at country and zone workspaces.

What you will do

  • In charge of conceptualizing, executing and preserving all CO-level Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning operational structures and SOPs making sure they meet or exceed at least guidelines, match with NRC’s worldwide Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning frameworks and are adjusted to the country circumstance.
  • Guarantee standard data collection and evaluation, and assist program in their data analysis and use, throughout the project cycle, and assist proposal development through technical evaluate of Theories of Adjustment (ToCs), logframes, and Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning financial planning.

Also support to the induction of new employees with a position in the Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning methods.
  • Organize and coordinate the development of the CO learning schedule and assessment strategy and oversee and/or technically supervise the execution of reviews.
  • Supervise the Group Response Mechanism (CFM) and its employees to guarantee it is operational, welcoming, and used to enhance program, address group key focuses and respond to concerns without delay.
  • Supervise the efficient use, rollout, and ongoing development of NRC’s programmatic information management operational structures inside the country workspace, making sure alignment with worldwide guidelines and country needs.
  • Formulate and preserve strategic learning collaboration with key applicable academic and analysis institutions to improve internal learning and support endeavors of NRC Nigeria.
