Corporate head at a Leading Civil Engineering Construction Company in Nigeria

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and agile Corporate head to head our team and lead the planned expansion and business success of our civil engineering building organisation. The preferred candidate will have a robust mix of executive guidance, business strategic insight, specialized skill, and sector awareness to steer the organization towards delivering its targets and preserving its role as a market leader.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute strategic strategies to lead business expansion, profit margin, and market penetration.
• Head and motivate a top-performing team to attain organisation targets and promote an environment that fosters creative invention, partnership, and superiority.
• Recognize current industry trends, avenues, and risks to guide strategic strategic judgment and ensure the organization remains attractive.
• Supervise financial effectiveness, financial planning, and predicting to enhance profit margin and process effectiveness.
• Execute efficient cost-regulatory actions while optimizing income production and asset utilization.
• Track fiscal indicators and key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organisation effectiveness and make analytics-based decisions.

Credentials

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Business Management, or a relevant field; MSC preferred.
• Established history of success in executive team positions inside the civil engineering building Industry, with a minimum of (15) years of expertise.
• Profitable company strategic insight and financial literacy, with a exhibited capability to lead planned expansion, oversee financial plans, and enhance financial effectiveness.
