Position Overview

The Dean of Admissions and Promotion is in charge of top the admissions and promotion endeavors of the school. This comprises conceptualizing and executing strategic strategies to draw in and retain top students, coordinating the admissions process, and supporting the school's corporate identity and reputation.

Duties

• Formulate and execute elite school promotion programs: Produce and implement promotion plans that highlight the school's unique value proposition and attract high-delivering students.
• Oversee admissions process: Supervise the admissions process, making sure a smooth and productive expertise for candidates.
• Foster connections with participants: Promote connections with parents, alumni, and group key stakeholders to advance the school's corporate identity and interests.
• Interpret data and assess performance: Use data to guide hiring process and admissions plans and assess their performance.
• Improve the school's reputation: Formulate and execute plans to improve the school's reputation and corporate identity.

Crucial Credentials

• At least 10 years of expertise: In admissions, hiring process, or promotion, ideally in an elite teaching institution.
• Established history: Expertise in conceptualizing and executing successful promotion programs that lead registration growth and improve the school's reputation.
• Capability to formulate elite school promotion programs: Proficient in producing and carrying out promotion plans that highlight the school's unique value proposition and attract high-delivering students.
• Robust network and linkages:Established connections with primary stakeholders, which includes parents, alumni, and group key stakeholders.
• Clear articulation competencies:Clear expression, interpersonal, and public speaking.

Preferred Credentials:

• Postgraduate degree: Master's or doctoral degree in pedagogy, Promotion, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Expertise in digital promotion: Understanding with digital promotion platforms and channels, which includes social platforms and email promotion.
• Data evaluation: Capability to interpret data and use it to guide hiring process and admissions plans.
• Management abilities: Exhibited management abilities, with expertise in directing teams.
• Accreditation in promotion: Accreditation in promotion, which includes a Accredited Promotion Specialist (CMP) title.
