Role summary

- Analyze the customer’s technical and business-related requirements and generate a grievance proposal or proposal more appropriate alternatives where suitable.
- Arrange tender evaluate and offer project setup initiatives.
- Organize the project setup, collection, and entry of Pre-Credentials, ITT, RFQ through the NIPEX portal, the offer portals of other IOCs, Business-related Offer, and official Tender entries from receipt of requests from customers and evaluate explanations, to honor and handover to the implementation teams.
- Guarantee promptness project setup and entry of technical & business-related tenders and agreements according to the qualifications of each tender or agreement and customer.
- Verify that every data and information necessary to send a successful technical tender and prequalification bundle are secured and participated in each tender. The wanted result of every prequalification bundle and technical tender is a pass for the organization.
- Track the Tender entry process for thoroughness, uniformity, and adherence.
- Check in on tenders, especially by being conscious of the assessment period, project financial plan, marking scheme before tender entry, scores, etc.
- Interface with suppliers for quotations in line with the customer's qualifications.
- Participated all necessary sessions with parties participated in the offering process and bargain stage, and preserved reach out with associates and subcontractors during the offering process stage.

- Responsible in readiness for of necessary documents for the organization’s regularization for the audit process carried out by NIPEX and other corporate bodies.
- Acquire for business for the Vessel and sign Charter Party Accord (CPA) with charterers after carrying out due diligence of the nature of business the charterer wishes to take part in.
- Anchor and organize the execution of all AGO stock and dispatch agreements while operating in full adherence with the binding structure for stock and dispatch.
- Saddled with the duties of looking for out vessel charterers, discussing terms, and sealing agreements, and composing and signing Charter Party Agreements (CPA) with vessel charterers.
- Keep all provided tenders in a safe and secure electronic repository as offered by the organization.
- Prepare finalized and evaluate agreements, agreements, assess lawful documents, Business-related Deeds, Consultancy agreements, MOU, tripartite agreements, and correspondence and offer suitable counsel and opinion on compliance-related matters.
- Evaluate and track all the organization’s litigation matters, serve as a primary communication link for external solicitors regarding corporate financial record and advise the organization accordingly.

Credentials
- A minimum of 3 years of cognate work expertise possessing applicable expertise in procurement, negotiating, and offering activity.
- A good first academic qualification or its equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Delivers documentation and statistics using computer software.
- Expertise in buying procedures/standardized processes; negotiating, offering on Nipex and the offer channels of other International Petroleum sector companies
- Proficient in getting ready/evaluating sophisticated technical requirements & offers.
- Proficient in both verbal and professional writing & Quantitative competencies.
- Proficient in establishing and preserving efficient operating connections.
- Possesses been in presence at sessions with suppliers and discussing terms teams for the agreement.
