About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Accounting Internship (NYSC) to join our finance team. The preferred candidate will help with routine accounting processes, financial document-keeping, and status updates while gaining practical experience in a agile work environment.

Primary duties

• Help in recording and updating financial financial record in financial system.
• Assist the project setup of financial statements, adjustments, and every month statements.
• Preserve proper submitting and company of financial documents.
• Help with outstanding bills and receivable methods.
• Offer assistance during audits and tax preparations.
• Execute other accounting and managerial duty as allocated.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Ongoing NYSC Corps Member looking for a Place of Primary Task (PPA) in Lagos.
• Basic expertise in accounting principles and Excel spreadsheet software.
• Understanding with financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Records) will be an added advantage.
• Robust meticulousness and critical thinking.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Capability to operate both independently and jointly.
