Role summary

  • Supervise strategic business programs from start to finalization across all operational units.
  • Formulate action strategies for the distribution of precise information across the company.
  • Liaise with the CEO in strategic judgment, programme management and plan execution.
  • Evaluate and implement enhancements to the business hierarchy whilst offering initiatives to current differences in the business framework.
  • Making sure methods, rules, and targets match with the company’s organizational approach.
  • Enhance ongoing methods and enhance the company’s standardized processes for effectiveness and productivity.
  • Formulate and execute business plans that assist the company’s long-term targets while responding to the agile telecommunications landscape in Nigeria.
  • Offer executive team with findings and evaluation of the company’s processes.
  • Work alongside the CEO and Strategic leadership to formulate and execute business plans, business strategies, and key indicators that lead the company’s growth targets.
  • Supervise and lead the implementation of strategic programs till finalization.
  • Help with risk evaluation of new programs and business decisions.
  • Recognize business risks and formulate risk reduction plans to guarantee business continuity and adherence with health, safety, compliance guidelines and best obtainable procedures.
  • Help with the organizing, synchronization and top sessions and workshops.
  • Build, head, and train top-performing teams within all operational units, nurturing an environment that fosters responsibility, partnership, and ongoing development.
  • Establish and track key business KPIs, using data to lead informed strategic judgment and uninterrupted business upgrades.
  • Partnership with unit-specific directs to execute, track and ensure substantial advancement of strategies and targets.
  • Tracking & management of CEO Objectivesand establish status updates mechanism for status updates & risk risk reduction.
  • Serve as liason between the employees and the CEO regarding the business climate, employees’ well-being, project status reports, proposal and organizing.
  • Serve as a key communication link between processes and the CEO, Board, and external participants, offer transparent and prompt status reports on functional performance and hurdles.
  • Recognize and execute process enhancements to improve process effectiveness and reduce business expenses.
  • Executing special projects and programs with skillful monitoring and assist.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities in partnership with unit-specific directs and execute managerial when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other top management members to align business programs with financial and technological plans.
  • Act as intermediary between the CEO and different teams and/or departments to guarantee the cohesion towards delivering organisational targets
  • Formulate information exchange plan for firm-wide distribution of information

  • Vast expertise in managerial, business, lawful or compliance-related roles
  • Spearheading a strategic organizing process, resulting in a significant grow in process effectiveness across an company or empowering a coporate reorganization process that upgraded corporate quickness and staff fulfillment.
  • Assembling and preserving a secure digital archive system, optimizing information retrieval times and status updates qualifications; getting ready executive team forward of all collaborations with external participant.
  • Collaboratingwith a board of directors to coordinate high-effect sessions and making sure that all actions are tracked and actioned forward of time.
