Role summary

The Store Liner plays a vital function in making sure that the store is clean, well-structured, and properly stocked at all times. This position is in charge of shelf structured, product restocking, aisle visual communication, and client assistance. The Store Liner aids preserve graphics appeal and orderliness across the store while helping shoppers with product sites and simple questions. The preferred candidate will be meticulous, physically nimble, service-oriented, and initiative-driven.

Client Support:

• Welcome and help clients with locating goods, making strategic guidance where necessary.
• Mentor clients to product categories and documentation any client service issues to supervisors promptly.
• Offer friendly and specialist client support while observing store protocol.

Stock Regulate Assist:

• Help with stock counts and tagging during on a weekly basis/every month audits.
• Recognize low inventory items and convey replenishment needs to supervisors.
• Flag goods incorrectly placed or shelved.

Guard & Loss Prevention:

• Observe and documentation suspicious activity to supervisors or guard.
• Follow procedures for supervising client movement in elevated-risk zones.
• Make sure that inventory movement from backroom to shelf is accounted for properly.

Qualifications & Credentials

• At least SSCE or OND.
• 1+ year of expertise in in-store, store assist, or stock positions is a plus.
• Capability to carry and lift inventory; physically suit and active.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Basic numeracy and company competencies.
• A initiative-driven and service-oriented mindset.
• Physical Needs: Standing for long periods, lifting inventory, and moving stock.
