Visa Processing Expert at Aeroport Travels and Tours Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Visa Processing Expert to join our team. The successful applicant will be in charge of coordinating visa applications, advising customers, coordinating with with embassies / foreign missions, and making sure smooth processing while supplying outstanding client support.

Primary duties

• Help Customers in filling out online application
• Coordinate with embassies, foreign missions, and immigration workspaces
• Timetable biometric and interview assignments for customers.
• Track visa statuses and check in with embassies or foreign missions as required.
• Manage visa reapplication, appeal, or refusal response assist.
• Offer one-on-one discussions with students or parents about overseas education options.
• Help customers in selecting the right course, school, and country based on their profile and preferences.
• Assist students with school applications, recordkeeping, SOP drafting, and correspondence with institutions.
• Mentor customers through the student visa process for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and more.
• Carry out pre-exit briefings and assist post-visa commute organizing.
• Proactively modify/ advise registered Customers on continuously adapting Immigration legal provisions and methods.
• Supervise mentoring and professional guidance to Customers in project setup for application assignments.
• Build and preserve robust client connections and check in to guarantee repeat business.

Qualifications

• SSCE or OND certification
• At least 2 - 4 years above expertise in visa/travel wrapping, commute, or immigration solutions.
• Visa Processing & Recordkeeping and Solid understanding of visa categories
• Commute Coverage & Itinerary Organizing
• Flight & Hotel Booking arrangements (for Visa Purposes) Customer Connection Management
• Competence in a minimum of one GDS operational base (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
• Accreditation from an accredited Aviation School or Commute and Tourism College is a plus.
• Female applicants preferred for gender balance.
• Must be between 25 and 30 years of age.
• Required location Ikeja, Maryland, Ketu and Ogba
• Competence in Office productivity software and robust IT/digital literacy necessary.
