Role summary 

A Server carries out general cleaning obligations and the process of pot-washing and dishware machineries to supply an outstanding Visitor and Member expertise while making sure all back of house zones are kept clean and safety standard procedures are observed.

What will I be doing?

• As a Server, you are in charge of carrying out general cleaning obligations and operating pot-washing machinery to supply an outstanding Visitor and Member expertise.
• A Server will also be necessary to guarantee all back of house zones are kept clean, and observe Work-related Safety and Health and Hygiene Rules and workplace safety and wellness standard procedures.
• Particularly, you will be in charge of executing the items listed duty to the highest guidelines:
• Operate pot-washing machinery and preserve a hygienic operating environment in accordance with hygiene rules and organisation guidelines
• Carry out general cleaning as directed to comprise of sweeping, mopping up, washing up, and emptying of rubbish bins and boxes making sure placement in the accurate containers
• Making sure that all kitchen and back of house zones are kept clean and all tools inside the kitchen zone is cleaned in accordance with the cleaning timetable
• Ensure the accurate PPE is in place and standard procedures are was aligned with
• Observe Health, Hygiene and Safety standard procedures when managing hazardous substances and adhere with every facet of Workplace safety and wellness qualifications
• Documentation any servicing & maintenance and, or, hazard concerns to the manager active
• Carry out any other rational assignment set by the Hotel's Management
