About the Position

• As a Developer Support, you will be the bridge between our powerful APIs and the developer group.
• Your main responsibility is to empower developers to build with our goods successfully.
• You will accomplish this by producing exceptional technical content (recordkeeping, articles, videos), nurturing a vibrant group, and advocating the voice of the developers within our product and technical groups.
• This position requires a unique mix of specialized skill, verbal abilities, and empathy for the developer expertise.

Public involvement:

• Be an active and real expression in the developer group. Engage with developers on forums, social platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn), Slack/Discord, and at events.
• Stand for TeamApt/Moniepoint at developer meetups, hackathons, and professional forums, both as a speaker and an participant.
• Build and build connections with key influencers and group key stakeholders in the technology ecosystem.

Developer Assist & Response:

Serve as the first point of reach out for developer queries, offering assist and direction to assist them overcome technical hurdles. Collect, prioritise, and channel response from the developer group back to our product, engineering, and design teams to lead product enhancements.

Plan & Outreach:

Support to the entire developer relations plan to grow consciousness and adoption of Moniepoint's developer operational base. Formulate and preserve code samples, SDKs, and demo applications to make it even easier for developers to begin now.

Nice to Possess:

• Expertise in Financial technology or with financial APIs (payments, banking, etc.).
• Previous expertise in a Developer Relations or Developer Support position.
• Expertise producing and editing video content.
• Active involvement in launch-acquire projects or developer networks.
