Job Description
Overview
We are looking for qualified and certified candidates for the role of Safety Programme Organizer in the Facilities Maintenace Section.
Obligations
Status updates to the Apartment manager (FM), the incumbent is allocated to Facility Management (FAC) at the U.S. Diplomatic office and will help the Post Work-related Safety and Health specialist (POSHO) and the Support POSHO in executing his/her obligations by executing safety inspections at all compounds of the U.S. Diplomatic office’s government-owned and leased properties. Incumbent will also serve as the FAC communication link for all post Green Team projects and organize with Political/Economic Section’s Environment, Science, Tech and Health (ESTH) delegates to assist Purpose long-term viability targets.
Education Qualifications:
Finalization of Secondary school / High school is essential.

Expertise:
At least two (2) years of prior expertise in an workspace or management associated role is essential.
Role understanding:
General expertise in workspace operating environments is essential. Position holder will need to learn the business environment in country as they will act at the FAC delegate to organizer nation government entities, in conjunction with Political and Economic sections, but expertise beforehand is not a requirement. Possessing a basic comprehension of organizer nation government entities that intersect with their proposed task volume is advantageous, as it will offer direction on how best to navigate future collaborations.
