Role summary

As the QA Engineer, you are in charge of assisting different types of projects cutting across the enterprise projects, Tech projects, some business projects and customer projects. In this light, the Quality assurance carries out its initiatives and models the process based on the projects/requests being managed at the time. The types of projects possess been largely categorized into nimble driven approach and waterfall V-Model driven approach. Also, ensures product and service improvement. Quality assurance initiatives are crucial to assure the quality of the product and offer acceptable guarantee that a product meets qualifications during development and or modifications.

Defect Management:

Recognize, documentation, and track software faults using resources like Jira or Zoho sprint board Work alongside the development team to guarantee on-time settlement of concerns.

Partnership:

Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to comprehend qualifications and acceptance evaluation benchmarks.

Effectiveness Running test:

Carry out effectiveness and load running test using resources like JMeter or LoadRunner. Evaluate test outcomes and offer strategic guidance for effectiveness enhancements.

QA Support:

• Guarantee alignment to quality benchmarks and industry standards throughout the SDLC.
• Support for ongoing development in running test methods and structured approaches.
• Oversee people (internal or external) who use the service or product being released for daily organizational operations.
• Engage in Nimble ceremonies which includes sprint organizing, routine stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Role expectations

• Academic Credentials Professional certification Expertise
• At least Bsc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or associated discipline.
• Applicable specialist qualifications
• At least 5 years related experience
• Skilled in productivity applications which includes Office productivity software, Project or Basecamp
• Exhibited success defining and initiating high-grade item.
• Proficient at operating productively with cross operational teams.
