Value Formation and Adjustment Organizer at Wragby Business Solutions & Technologies Limited in Port Harcourt, Rivers

Position Overview

Lead the success of the organization programs by coordinating structural transformation, accelerating tech adoption, and making sure measurable business value is realized. Concentration on participant relation, final user enablement, and advantage actualisation across key tech programs, align adjustment plans with business results

Primary duties

• Design and execute adjustment management plans that promote usage and reduce resistance for IT projects and digital transformations
• Carry out participant effect evaluations and preparedness reviews to fashion designer communications, development, and relation plans
• Coordinate user orientation and behavioural adjustment for new operational structures through targeted communications, development sessions, learning paths, and final user assist marketing
• Oversee advantage actualisation methods by tracking key results, financial/non-financial gains, and user adoption indicators post-execution
• Collaborate with project teams and business units to formulate and implement combined adjustment and adoption strategies
• Build and oversee a adjustment network or advocate group to assist local relation and response loops
• Organize Post-Execution Assessments (PIRs), lessons learned sessions, and user input forums to confirm effect and course-accurate where needed
• Formulate and implement information exchange plans to guarantee transparency and reinforce key messages across all phases of the adjustment lifecycle
• Preserve alignment with business value targets, making sure IT investments are measured, reported, and optimized for tangible returns
• Co-coordinate the Virtual Centre of Superiority (CoE) and user forums to advance information exchange, adoption industry standards, and uninterrupted learning
• Assist nimble IT communications, which includes service initiate declarations, outage notices, and function status reports across user channels
• Finalize additional duty as allocated to assist the Business Relation and Transformation schedule
• Formulate expertise articles as relevant to respective site

Expertise:

3–5 years in structural transformation management, user enablement, or business transformation positions

Qualifications Preferred:

Prosci Adjustment Management ITIL Foundation CBAP or Business Value/Perks Actualisation qualifications
