Position Explanation

As a Cloud Processes Engineer, you will be in charge of organizing, supervising, and preserving a agile structure environment that comprises VMware, Tanzu, Red Hat OpenShift, Azure, and Oracle Linux KVM. You will head and assist Technology infrastructure projects, ensure adherence to guard and adherence guidelines, and ensure smooth system processes through automatic control and initiative-driven supervising. This position also includes partnering with cross-operational teams, assisting vendor management, and pushing creative invention through recordkeeping and analysis.

Duties

• Strategy and track sophisticated virtual clusters and physical structure to prevent service disruptions and ensure effectiveness.
• Deploy, set up, and oversee hybrid cloud structure environments and applications.
• Formulate and execute automatic control initiatives to streamline methods and upgrade infrastructure effectiveness.
• Track instantaneous cloud system effectiveness and handle anomalies or incidents using ITIL methods.
• Design and execute disaster recovery initiatives and backup plans.
• Organize and analysis improved technical solutions which includes AI, Hadoop, MongoDB, Oracle DB, Exchange, Structure-as-Code, etc.
• Preserve precise structure recordkeeping, which includes architecture diagrams, settings, and diagnosing issues standardized processes.
• Ensure software permit adherence and preserve current stock documentation of all IT assets.
• Recognize avenues for system upgrades and head structure project implementation.

Non-Technical Duties:

• Build and preserve cooperative connections with business units and technical teams.
• Comprehend structure qualifications and guarantee promptness, quality project dispatch.

Credentials

• Bsc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or associated IT discipline (necessary).
• 3-4 years of expertise in coordinating cloud and on-premises Technology infrastructure.
• Robust expertise with virtualization channels (e.g., VMware, Tanzu, Red Hat OpenShift).
• Competence in coordinating cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Understanding with databases (Oracle, MongoDB), storage, and backup operational structures.
• Comprehension automatic control, scripting, and Structure-as-Code principles.
• Expertise with ITIL procedures and system issue/issue management.
• Outstanding recordkeeping and project implementation competencies.
• Fluent in English; moderate skill in local language.
