Position Overview

The preferred candidate must be in charge of supplying a transformational in-store customer experience, building our corporate identity one client at a time and ultimately pushing our business through sales.

Primary duties

• Provide exceptional retail client experiences that convey the essence of corporate identity’s values and lead sales increase.
• Competently oversee and settle matters from irate or dissatisfied clients.
• Engage showroom visitors, offer product information, and transform walk-ins to sales.
• Handle post-buy concerns and ensure swift solution of client service issues.
• Repeatedly meet or exceed allocated revenue goals and key indicators.
• Ensure full adherence with established standard operating standardized processes in all initiatives.
