This position, based in Lagos Nigeria, will answer to Paystack’s Digital Promotion Head, offering a rare opportunity to shape our buyer corporate identity's presence and effect from the ground up. The preferred candidate will bring strategic promotion proficiency, creativeness, and a enthusiasm for pushing successful product launches in the financial technology space. The goal is to implement the go-to-market plan for a buyer payment product, creating consciousness and pushing relation following the initiate.

Digital Marketing:

• Set up and oversee targeted online marketing marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook ads) to obtain new users and lead directs. 
• Concentration on high-effect channels to reach target demographics productively.
• Evaluate ad effectiveness and enhance marketing based on instantaneous data.
• Use A/B running test and other effectiveness evaluation methods to fine-tune endeavors.
• Lead a large volume of vetted prospects through strategic online marketing endeavors.

• Industry findings: A deep knowledge of buyer conduct and industry trends inside the payments industry, particularly in Nigeria, to fashion designer plans that resonate with the target audience.

Credentials

• Expertise: 3 - 5 years proven promotion expertise, preferably in financial technology or buyer payments, with a concentration on product launches.
• Digital Promotion: Practical experience in PPC, display ads, social platforms ads, SEO, SEM, and email promotion platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Data analysis, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Growth Marketing: Expertise in effectiveness promotion, user purchase, and A/B running test for optimization.
• Content & Social platforms: Capability to produce compelling content and oversee social platforms channels to build a group.
• Partnership: Capability to operate with cross-operational teams (product, design, assist) to align communication tone and enhance client touchpoints.
• Analytics-based: Capability to track and evaluate promotion effectiveness, and documentation on performance indicators (e.g., CAC, CTR, transformation rates).
• Flexibility: Capable to pivot quickly and adjust plans based on response and market modifications.
