Position Overview

The Debt collections specialist is in charge of supervising loan repayments, recognizing delinquent accounts, and commencing recovery methods to reduce non-executing loans (NPLs). Duties

• Track loan project sample to recognize overdue accounts and guarantee promptness repayment by customers.
• Reach out delinquent borrowing recipients through calls, emails, site visits, and formal notices to bargain repayment terms.
• Evaluate default practices and endorse plans to reduce bad obligations and credit threat level.
• Start and oversee recovery actions, which includes loan reorganization, rearranging, and lawful proceedings where necessary.
• Preserve precise recovery records, data records, and documentation for internal and compliance-related purposes.
• Coordinate with lawful officers and external recovery agents when necessary.
• Organize periodic documentation on recovery status, key indicators, and project sample vulnerable (PAR).
