Position Overview

We are looking for a certified and skilled Flight Dispatch agent to join our Flight Processes team.

Obligations / Duties

• Organize and release flight strategies in accordance with NCAA, ICAO, and organisation business standardized processes.
• Evaluate weather, NOTAMs, aircraft effectiveness, enroute alternate airports, and other critical information for safe flight organizing.
• Organize closely with the Aviator-in-Command and ensure joint strategic judgment on flight processes.
• Track flight advancement and offer enroute support when necessary.
• Oversee flight recordkeeping, dispatch data records, and post-flight evaluation.
• Guarantee alignment to weight and balance constraints, fuel organizing, and crew responsibility time adherence.
• Coordinate with ATC, ground managing, fuelling, and servicing & maintenance teams as necessary.

Expertise & Certification

• NCAA Flight Dispatch agent Permit
• At least 2 years’ practical experience as a authorized Flight Dispatch agent
• Deep knowledge of weather analysis, flight organizing operational structures, and aircraft effectiveness (ideally for B737-800, EMB145, or similar types)
• Practical understanding of NCAA rules and ICAO guidelines
• Outstanding strategic judgment and verbal abilities
• Capability to operate in a high-pressure, 24/7 processes environment
• Competence in flight organizing software and Office productivity software resources
