Position Overview

We are seeking a innovative, meticulous Digital producer who can envision, generate, and oversee compelling content across various digital channels. The preferred candidate will possess a deep knowledge of narrative creation, corporate identity voice, and content practices, in addition to the capability to adjust style and document structure for different target groups and channels.

Partnership & Implementation:

• Collaborate with UI/UX professionals, videographers, and brand promoters to generate cohesive marketing.
• Support creative thoughts during brainstorming and innovative plan sessions.
• Repurpose content across data layouts (e.g., turning blog posts into community-related posts, videos into reels, etc.).

Data analysis & Advancement:

Track content effectiveness and audience relation, using findings to enhance future results. Strategic trial with new data layouts and methods to boost reach and effect.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated expertise as a Digital producer, Content writer, or similar position in promotion or media.
• Robust drafting, editing, and narrative creation competencies with a sharp perception for description.
• Competence in social platforms channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook) and content industry standards.
• Basic graphic design competencies (Canva, Adobe Innovative Suite, or similar).
• Visual content editing competencies (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus.
• Expertise in SEO and content optimization plans.
• Creativeness, flexibility, and the capability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Robust planning abilities with the capability to oversee various due dates.
