Position Overview

The Chief, Budgeting & Evaluation will be in charge of top the financial planning, predicting, effectiveness supervising, and finance reporting methods across the company. This position requires a highly skilled finance specialist with robust competence in budgeting, evaluation, and regulate within a global FMCG/production operations environment.

Primary duties

  • Engage financial plan holders on yearly business organizing standard procedures/assumptions and offer assistance throughout the organizing process.
  • Organize the collation of financial plan inputs across the organization, making sure alignment with established standard procedures across all plants and operational zones.
  • Supervise the project setup of the combined yearly financial plan.
  • Track authorized financial plan distributions by tracking income and spending, status updates variances on a every month basis.
  • Lead periodic financial plan predicting and endorse assessments where necessary.
  • Formulate periodic and as-needed financial plan documentation, projections, and evaluation to assist strategic judgment.
  • Oversee the business effectiveness supervising and status updates process; coordinate with units/departments to collect information on defined indicators and produce every month business effectiveness statements, highlighting key deviations and risk zones.
  • Ensure the prompt and precise project setup of every month, every quarter, and yearly management documentation for strategic leadership.
  • Carry out deep financial difference assessment to clarify deviations from financial plan and predicted effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • First Academic qualification (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or other commercial disciplines.
  • A MSC (e.g., Master of business administration) is a plus.
  • Robust skilled in financial planning, predicting, and competence in MS Navision (a desirable asset).
  • A member of a professional body: ACA, ACCA, CFA, or other applicable qualifications (necessary).
  • At least 15 years related experience, which includes a minimum of 5 years at management level in a finance position within a production operations environment.
  • Prior expertise in FMCG and global entities is essential.
