Job Description

Execute standard procedure and preventive servicing & maintenance on pellet plant machinery which includes indurators, balling discs, conveyors, screens, pumps, fans, and gearboxes.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective repairs to reduce plant non-operational time.
Examine mechanical operational structures and parts to recognize risks, faults, or the need for modification or fix.
Help in the installation, initiating, and overhaul of mechanical tools and operational structures.
Preserve precise servicing & maintenance data records and documentation mechanical concerns promptly.
Guarantee alignment to health and safety protocols and plant business guidelines during all duty.
Collaborate with processes, electrical, and instrumentation teams to organize servicing & maintenance initiatives.
Engage in shutdown servicing & maintenance and turnarounds, making sure duty are finished within time and quality benchmarks.
Preserve room maintenance services in the servicing & maintenance workshop and around tools.

Technical Certification or Trade Certification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Servicing & maintenance.
At least 3 - 5 years of related experience in mechanical reliability, ideally in a pellet plant or similar heavy industrial environment.
Practical experience with mechanical operational structures, hydraulic and pneumatic operational structures, and rotating tools.
Capability to read and analyze technical drawings, documented guides, and work orders.
Expertise in preventive servicing & maintenance procedures and requirement tracking software.
Deep knowledge of safety procedures in heavy industry environments.
Effective communication, issue resolution, and collaborative ability.
