Service aide at Class Suite Hotel and Apartments in Ikeja, Lagos

Duties

• Information & Questions: Response visitor questions about the hotel's facilities, solutions, and local points of interest.
• Errands: Run errands which includes taking and picking up dry cleaning, supplying mail or newspapers, and taking messages.
• Transportation: Organize taxis, assist with parking cars, and help with reservation tickets or commute.
• Luggage Managing: Welcome arriving guests, assist them with their luggage, and transport it to their guest accommodations.
• Event Assist: Help with setting up conference guest accommodations, moving furniture, or transporting tools for sessions and banquets.
• Public Zone Servicing & maintenance: Keep public zones, which includes the lobby and hallways, clean, tidy, and professional in appearance.
• Stock Management: May assist oversee and track inventory, status updates shortages to the applicable department.
• Safety & Guard: Address accident and threat control concerns and ensure a safe work environment.
• Customer service experience: Ensure a positive visitor expertise by responding to requests and questions in a prompt and specialist manner.
