Job Description

We are looking for a initiative-driven and meticulous E-Commerce and Website Aide to assist the day-to-day activities of our online channels.
The preferred candidate will help in coordinating our website content, product listings, online order processing, client questions, and ensure smooth digital processes.
This position is crucial in optimizing the entire customer experience, rising online switches, and assisting the growth of our e-commerce business.

Help in updating and preserving website content, banners, and product listings (summaries, pricing, images, etc.).
Assist the upload of new goods and ensure precision and uniformity across all product pages.
Track website effectiveness and capability; flag and report to higher support tier any concerns to technical teams.
Help in coordinating online orders from verification through to fulfillment and dispatch.
Organize with promotion and design teams to guarantee marketing assets are correctly reflected on the website.
Track and documentation key on-site indicators (traffic, bounce rate, transformation, etc.).
Track rival websites and pricing to guarantee attractiveness.
Help in updating blog content, bulletins, and advertising landing pages.
Assist SEO industry standards and help with website optimization duty.

Bsc or equivalent expertise in Promotion, Business, IT, or a relevant field.
1–2 years of expertise in e-commerce, digital promotion, or website management (internships comprised).
Understanding with e-commerce channels (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
Basic expertise in HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus.
Competence in Office productivity software and online platforms like Google Data analysis, Canva, etc.
Robust planning abilities with outstanding meticulousness.
Good documented and spoken communication competencies.
Task juggling skill, prioritize duties, and work with little to no supervision.
