Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient Digital marketing specialist with expertise in the property market to formulate and execute efficient promotion plans. The preferred candidate will improve our online presence, attract visitors, and identify potential clients to assist our business development team.

Work tasks

• Formulate and implement digital promotional initiatives to advance property listings and solutions.
• Oversee social platforms accounts, producing compelling content to draw in prospective clients and renters.
• Enhance website content for SEO to enhance organic search rankings and visibility.
• Evaluate industry trends and rival plans to recognize avenue for development.
• Utilize email promotion to build customer interest and sustain connections with customers.
• Track and documentation on marketing key indicators, modifying plans as needed.
• Work alongside the business development team to align promotion endeavors with sales targets.
• Oversee online marketing marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to optimize ROI.
• Produce captivating real estate listings and virtual tours to highlight property offerings.

Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital promotion, ideally inside the property industry.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, social platforms promotion, and email promotion.
• Competence in promotion software and resources (e.g., Google Data analysis, CRM operational structures).
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies.
