Duties

• Clean and sanitize visitor guest accommodations, bathrooms, and public zones according to hotel guidelines.
• Adjustment bed linens, replace towels, and restock bathroom amenities.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture and surfaces.
• Documentation any servicing & maintenance concerns or compensation to the room maintenance services manager.
• Ensure guest accommodations are tidy, fresh, and welcoming for guests.
• Take action promptly to visitor requests for extra towels, bedding, or in-room servicer.
• Manage lost and found items properly and documentation them for executive review.
• Collect and replace used linens and towels.
• Refill cleaning carts with necessary inventory and toiletries.
• Track inventory levels of room maintenance services inventory and request replenishments as need
• Follow proper cleaning standardized processes and hygiene guidelines.
• Dispose of trash and waste according to hotel rules.
• Follow workplace safety and wellness rules, which includes proper managing of cleaning chemicals.
• Help in in-depth cleaning and special room maintenance services projects as necessary.
• Work jointly with the room maintenance services team and other hotel employees.
• Uphold the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and comfort.
