Team and Position Objective

The Program Risk, Dispatch and Effectiveness team make sure that program risks are systematically evaluated, mitigated, and tracked in partnership possessing applicable participants. Additionally, through regional business associates, the team delivers the first line of assist to Country Workspaces, making sure that program are fulfilled on time, with quality, and within financial plan, in accordance with the project coordination structured approach (PMM). The team boosts program dispatch and effectiveness by using applicable indicators, which includes those from the PRIME system, to mentor strategic judgment and preserve responsibility.

Position Objective

To assist the successful execution of project coordination procedures inside the company, the Project coordination Top level Officer supports the adoption of project coordination structured approach and operational structures which includes PRIME, making sure cohesive effectiveness supervising across Country Workspaces. In addition, this position delivers broader business assist to the Asia region. This position is critical in empowering and building the capacity of teams through targeted tailored development programs, assisting the company's aspiration to supply influential outcomes for children in alignment with the worldwide strategies. The position holder will collaborate with the Top level Program Lead operations coordinator, Asia and the Learning & Ability Development Head, supporting to worldwide programs along possessing applicable participants.

Chief Accountabilities

• PMM and PRIME Adoption: Operating closely with the PRIME positions in AMDC, assist and track the adoption of Save the Children’s Project coordination Structured approach (PMM) and PRIME system in countries, making sure alignment with proposal design.
• Program Processes: Operating closely with the Top level Program Lead operations coordinator, offer targeted business assist to Country Workspaces on program dispatch and effectiveness.
• Development and Skills development: Collaborate with country teams to recognize development needs and assist the dispatch of adequate Project coordination capacity strengthening programs.
• Group of Practice: Head and oversee the Regional Project coordination Group of Practice (CoP), coordinating partnership, learning, and exchanging of industry standards.
• Status updates and Effectiveness Supervising: Routinely track and documentation on the adoption of PMM and PRIME, offering input on Project coordination effectiveness to worldwide and country executive guidance teams.
• Ongoing development: Assist the ongoing development of PMM resources and PRIME system, serving as a key speaker between worldwide Project coordination positions (inc. PRIME SMEs) and Country Workspaces.
• Worldwide programs: Support to worldwide programs connected with program processes and Project coordination, which includes PRIME system upgrades, direction evaluate, content etc.

Preferred:

Specialist Qualifications: Certification in Project coordination structured approaches which includes Prince2, PMP, or PMD Pro is highly preferred. MSC in International Development; Project coordination; Business Management or relevant field.

Preferred:

Expertise in learning channels and technological resources which includes Power BI, RISE, SharePoint and LMS.
