Regional Business Chief at Simba Group Nigeria Limited in Ogba, Lagos

Position Objective

The Regional Business Chief will be in charge of pushing business expansion and operations excellency across the allocated region. This position requires robust competence in sales executive guidance, process management, and business development, making sure profit margin, market distribute growth, and smooth implementation of organisation rules.

Key Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, Processes, or a relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and processes, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive guidance/regional position.
• Robust track document of delivering revenue goals and coordinating multi-site processes.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Logical mentality with expertise in P&L management and strategic organizing.
• Capability to commute often across the region.
